Grizzlies To Prepare Dinner At Ronald McDonald House Monday

West Valley City, Utah - Seven members of the Utah Grizzlies and mascot Grizzbee will be cooking dinner for families at the Salt Lake Ronald McDonald House Monday, December 29 at 6 p.m.

The Grizzlies are proud to be the ECHL affiliate of the NHL's New York Islanders and their AHL affiliate in Bridgeport.

Led by Head Chef and Grizzlies forward Evan Kotsopoulos; Mark Pavli, Tom May, Mark Lutz, Greg McCauley, Vladimir Nikiforov and Will Bodine have all volunteered to join Grizzbee Monday evening to prepare a feast.

The Ronald McDonald House is located at 935 E. South Temple in Salt Lake City and houses families from out-of-town who have children receiving care at local hospitals.

The Grizzlies return to the E-Center Saturday, December 27 to host Idaho at 7:05 p.m. The team will be wearing the jerseys of their NHL parent club, the New York Islanders, that will be auctioned off live after the game with all proceeds going to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
