Fresno Grizzlies News Release
FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A Pacific Coast League affiliate of the defending World Series Champion Houston Astros, have announced 18 of their home games from Chukchansi Park will air live on "My Central Valley," KAIL-TV beginning this Saturday night. The new television deal will allow fans to see Grizzlies baseball in their homes on both over the air and cable television.
Games will be televised on over the air station 7.1, Comcast Xfinity channel 13, and channel 53 for local fans with DirecTV, AT&T U-verse and dish Network. Anyone with a television in the Central Valley will be able to see the live game broadcasts, most of which are marquee games against west coast-affiliated MLB teams (full schedule below).
"We're proud of the improved quality of our broadcast, and the improvements we're making to Chukchansi Park. Thanks to a great partnership with KAIL, we'll now be able to showcase those improvements to a wider array of people in the Valley," said team president Derek Franks. "The Grizzlies are the Central Valley's team and not just Fresno's team, so it's important to us that the region be able to enjoy Triple-A baseball in the comfort of their own home, and in person downtown."
