Two Over and Looking for Three: At 11-9, and for the second time this season, the Sounds are a season-high two games over .500. The last time a Nashville team was at least three games over .500 was on June 19, 2017 when they were 35-32.
Fowler's 500: Dustin Fowler's 3-for-5 game last night put him at 500 career hits. The Georgia native is hitting .295 (23-for-78) on the season and is a career .282 (500-for-1772) hitter. 172 of Fowler's hits have been for extra bases (93 doubles, 40 home runs, 39 triples).
One-Run Success: With last night's 7-6 win, Nashville improved to 6-1 in one-run games. The six wins are tied for the most in the Pacific Coast League with Oklahoma City.
Three for Two: Franklin Barreto and Dustin Fowler had three hits each in last night's win. It's the first time this season two teammates have had a three-hit game in the same game.
