Bakersfield, California - The Utah Grizzlies (6-2-1-1) defeated the Bakersfield Condors 4-2 Wednesday night at Rabobank Arena to improve to 4-1-0-1 through the first six games of their road trip.

"It took everyone pulling the rope the same way tonight to get the win against a good hockey club," said Grizzlies Head Coach Kevin Colley. "We had two good days of practice here in Bakersfield and the guys we're ready to play tonight."

Brad Snetsinger scored Utah's first three goals to record a natural hat trick and Nick Tuzzolino finished off the Utah scoring on a layup from Marcus Carroll with 8:01 left in the second period.

Utah started a stretch of three goals in five minutes in the second period as Snetsinger picked up a puck from former Utah forward Vlady Nikiforov. After forcing the turnover with the Condors on the power-play, Snetsinger danced from the circle to the slot, passing the puck to himself for the highlight reel goal 7:59 into the middle frame. Snetsinger made it 3-0 on another uncontested move as Riley Armstrong fed him the puck from the neutral zone at 11:17 of the period. The Grizzlies capped off the scoring just 1:42 later on the Tuzzolino goal at 12:59; his second in three games.

Engelage stopped 36 of 38 in the game to improve to 4-1-0-1 with all games being played on this road trip. Bakersfield broke the shutout with 12:36 left in regulation.
