GREENVILLE, SC - The Greenville Road Warriors will travel down I-85 this evening to pay a visit to the division-leading Gwinnett Gladiators. It is the fourth of six straight games for Greenville away from the BI-LO Center.
The Road Warriors (26-16-2, 54 pts.) visit Gwinnett (23-12-10, 56 pts.) today for the 10th of 17 meetings this season between the clubs. Fans can follow the action by watching live on America One or listening at www.greenvilleroadwarriors.com. The Road Warriors are 6-3-0 this season against the Gladiators and 16-10-0 overall in their history against Gwinnett. The Road Warriors enter play today two points back of division co-leaders Gwinnett and South Carolina, but could find themselves back in first in the division with a win and a South Carolina loss in Cincinnati. Greenville is looking to bounce back from a pair of one-goal losses suffered in succession in Gwinnett on January 14 and 16. Those Gwinnett victories were part of the Gladiators' current eight-game home winning streak which is the longest running in the ECHL.

NOTEWORTHY:
Justin Bowers' 28 points (10G, 18A) in January nearly doubled his point production from October through December (29 points - 4G, 25A). He has 15 points (6G, 9A) in his last six games. Sean Berkstresser recorded his 100th ECHL point with his second assist in Greenville's 6-3 win at FLA on 1/25/12.Greenville's 52 third period goals are the most of any team in the ECHL and its 41 goals allowed are the seventh fewest. The +11 differential is fourth best. Gwinnett is third (+13).Greenville is 23-for-27 (85%) on the PK in the last two weeks which includes an 8-for-9 mark against 3rd ranked PP of Florida last week. Greenville is 15-for-18 (83%) against Gwinnett in that time.In his first six games back from the AHL (Jan. 6 to Jan. 14) Jeff Prough recorded two assists.
