Grand Junction Nets Four All-Stars

Grand Junction Jackalopes News Release
Today the Pioneer League announced its 2019 All-Stars that will take on the Northwest League at the All-Star Game in Boise on August 6th. Grand Junction has landed four All-Stars on the team including Christian Koss, Colin Simpson, Anderson Bido, and Eddy Diaz.
Christian Koss was named a Pioneer League Player Of The Week for the week of July 8-14 where in six games he hit .550 with three doubles, two one runs, and eight RBI. Through 25 games, he is hitting .398 and slugging .742 with seven doubles, two triples, seven home runs, 31 RBI, 16 walks, 18 strikeouts, and three stolen bases.
Colin Simpson was also named a Pioneer League Player Of The Week for the week of July 15-21 where he hit .381 with a double, two triples, two home runs, and 10 RBI. Through 30 games, he is hitting .368 and slugging .783 with six doubles, four triples, 10 home runs, 25 RBI, 14 walks, 33 strikeouts, and two stolen bases.
Anderson Bido has made 14 appearances with a record of 3-0 and a 2.12 ERA through 17 innings pitched. He has allowed four walks and struck out 19.
Eddy Diaz has played in 31 games this season and is hitting .336 and slugging .455. He has 10 doubles, three triples, nine RBI, seven walks, 31 strikeouts, and 18 stolen bases.
