
Goren's three goals does trick for Moose in win over Ducks

WINNIPEG, MB -- Lee Goren scored three goals and Alex Auld stopped 19 shots to lead the Manitoba Moose past the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks, 4-1, Thursday from the MTS Centre.
Jason King also scored for the Moose, who improved to 3-1-0-0 in their last four games.
Goren extended his point streak to eight games with his second hat trick of the season, the third-longest current streak in the AHL. The University of North Dakota product has eight goals and five assists during the streak, the longest recorded by a Manitoba player this season.
Alex Auld made 19 saves in the win for the Moose, who won all four games in the season series with Cincinnati.
Zenon Konopka had a shorthanded goal in the second period for the Ducks, who have lost a franchise record 10 straight road games (0-9-0-1).
Ilya Bryzgalov surrendered three goals on 25 shots in the loss, dropping his record to 1-7-1 in his last nine decisions.
