Gill released from PTO

Springfield, MA – The Springfield Falcons have announced today that they have released veteran defenseman Todd Gill from his Professional Tryout Agreement.

Gill had played in 15 games with the Falcons collecting one goal and five assists for six points and a +4 rating after signing a PTO contract on January 13th.

Gill is in his 18th season of professional hockey after spending the 2001-02 season with the Colorado Avalanche collecting four points in 36 games.

Gill has played in 1,002 National Hockey League games collecting 82 goals and 269 assists for 351 points and 1,214 penalty minutes.
