
Giants Move Kessy to Kamloops

VANCOUVER, BC - The Vancouver Giants have traded 20 year-old Kale Kessy to the Kamloops Blazers in exchange for 18 year-old forward Rob Trzonkowski (pronounced CHIN-koss-key) and a 5th-round draft pick in 2015.
Kessy, a 4th-round pick of the Phoenix Coyotes in 2011, has been with the Giants since October after Vancouver acquired him from the Medicine Hat Tigers. Kessy has played 26 games with the Giants, registering 7 goals and 9 assists and 45 penalty minutes.
Trzonkowski, who stands at 6'1" and 195lbs, is in his third season in the WHL. The Calgary native has played 40 games with the Kamloops Blazers this season, collecting 3 goals and 2 assists.
