RUSH REMATCH

The Oilers and Rush battle for the second time in the last three days in the 10 th overall meeting of the season. Tulsa is 4-4-1 in the season series with Rapid City and 2-4-0 on home ice. The Oilers hold a narrow 31-29 advantage in goals scored in the series and are led by forward Drew Fisher who has recorded 11 points (3 goals, 8 assists) in the nine previous contests with the Rush. Rapid City won its third straight game on Friday night with a 4-2 victory over the Missouri Mavericks. The Oilers hold a three-point lead over the Rush for the fourth and final playoff spot in the Central Division.

FRANTIC FINISH

Thursday night at the BOK Center, the Oilers' bid for a third consecutive win fell short in a 5-4 setback to the Rush. Tulsa carried a 3-2 lead into the third period but Rapid City found the net three times in the final five minutes of regulation to secure the comeback victory. Drew Fisher and Jon Booras each posted a pair of points for the Oilers while Jesse Schultz, Mathieu Brisebois, and Daniel Tetrault each contributed two points for the Rush. Tulsa managed only 23 shots on net, the fifth-lowest shot total of the entire season, and lost for just the second time this season when leading after two periods.

PINK IN THE RINK

For a sixth straight season, the Oilers have partnered with TD Williamson and Turn Tulsa Pink to present "Pink In The Rink Night" at the BOK Center. Tonight, the Oilers players are decked out in one-of-a-kind pink jerseys to be auctioned off after the game to raise money for Turn Tulsa Pink which provides financial assistance to local cancer patients and their families.

PENALTY PROBLEMS

The Oilers finished Thursday's tilt with 25 penalty minutes, their second-highest total in the last 16 games. Four of the five infractions in the third period were called against the Oilers and over the course of the game Rapid City enjoyed eight power plays. The Rush cashed in on a two-man advantage in the second period and sparked their comeback with another power play tally late in the third. The Oilers have surrendered at least one power play goal in seven of their last nine games and rank 27 th in the ECHL in home penalty killing at 77.3-percent.

VAUNTED VETERAN

Center Jon Booras chipped in a pair of assists on Thursday night and has seven points (1 goal, 6 assists) in his last three games. The Montana native leads the Oilers with 14 multi-point outings this season and has recorded at least one point in 10 of his last 13 appearances.

300 FOR OBERMEYER

Defenseman Jake Obermeyer is appearing in his 300 th professional game tonight. Between the CHL and the ECHL, the 30-year old has spent time with four teams in his six-year pro career and is in his second season as a member of the Oilers. After three years at Robert Morris University, Obermeyer made his pro debut for the Amarillo Gorillas (CHL) in 2009. In 299 career games, the Chanhassen, Minnesota native has registered 93 points (22 goals, 71 assists) and 324 penalty minutes.

ADJUST AND ALIGN

Earlier this week, the ECHL announced changes in divisional alignment and playoff format for the 2015-16 season. The Oilers will compete in a scaled-down Central Division along with the Allen Americans, Missouri Mavericks, and Wichita Thunder. Each conference will be composed of 14 teams in three divisions and each division winner will clinch a playoff spot. The teams with the next five highest point totals in each conference will also qualify for the 2016 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
