CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors host the San Diego Gulls tonight on Dignity Health Home Ice at Rabobank Arena. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m. (5:45 p.m. for season ticket members).

GAME: Bakersfield Condors (Edmonton Oilers) v. San Diego Gulls (Anaheim Ducks)

PROMOTION: Everyone in attendance will receive a Condors 2015-16 AHL team poster courtesy of My45, Energy 95.3 FM, and Kern Print. Fans can receive their flu shot free of charge on the concourse behind section 115 courtesy of the Kern County Pharmacists Association After the game, members are invited to the Club Room at the top of section 116 for a meet-the-team party.

TONIGHT

The Bakersfield Condors entertain the San Diego Gulls for the first of six meetings at Rabobank Arena this season between the two clubs. It is the second game of the 12-game season series. The Gulls took the opener in a wild, 6-5 shootout, on Friday, Oct. 16 at Valley View Casino Center.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

Bakersfield jumped out to a 3-0 lead over the Ontario Reign last night, but the Reign responded with five straight goals late in the second period and in the third to overcome the deficit and win, 5-4. The Condors were paced by RW Andrew Miller (1g-1a) and C Josh Winquist (1g-1a) who each recorded multi-point nights.

San Diego has yet to lose this season after sweeping San Jose by scores of 3-2 and 3-0 on Wednesday and Friday nights respectively. Last night, G John Gibson stopped 23 shots for his first shutout of the season. C Chris Wagner, recently assigned by the Anaheim Ducks (NHL), had a goal and an assist in the win.

MILLER TIME

Condors RW Andrew Miller has had an eventful week. Last Saturday night, the Michigan native notched two assists for the Condors at home against San Jose. On Monday he was recalled by the Edmonton Oilers (NHL). On Wednesday, he played for the Oilers in a victory over the Detroit Red Wings. On Thursday, he was reassigned back to Bakersfield, met the team in Ontario, and notched his second multi-point game in a row last night against Ontario.

CONDORS NOTES

D Darnell Nurse assisted on the goal scored by LW Jujhar Khaira last night. It was his first regular season professional point. He had four assists in four playoff games last season with Oklahoma City (AHL)... LW Jujhar Khaira is on a three-game point streak (1g-2a)... D Joey LaLeggia notched his first point of the season last night with an assist. He had two points (1g-1a) in five games with the OKC Barons last season after graduating from the University of Denver... D Brad Hunt is t-2nd in the AHL with six assists through five games.

GULLS NOTES

San Diego is one of three teams (Ontario, San Antonio) in the AHL to have not lost in regulation. All three teams are in the Pacific Division... LW Nick Ritchie is former 10th overall pick of the Ducks in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. He played last season with Condors D Darnell Nurse with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL)... The Gulls are led by head coach Dallas Eakins, who was the bench boss of the Edmonton Oilers for parts of two seasons in 2013-14 and 2014-15.
