The Sioux Falls Skyforce looks to earn their first victory of the season on Tuesday (tonight), as they host the Cleveland Charge, who currently sit atop of the Central Division in the Showcase Cup standings.
The Force dropped a 129-114 contest on Saturday night to the Indiana Mad Ants in both team's season openers. Justin Champagnie led the team in scoring, as he had 27 points on 11-20 FGA, four rebounds/steals and three assists. A major key to the contest with the Charge will be rebounding, as the Force were out-rebounded 62-37 on Saturday night and allowed 25 offensive rebounds. Cleveland currently averages 47.0 rebounds per game through two outings, which is good for ninth of teams that have played more than one game so far this season.
The Charge features one of the deepest rosters in the entire NBA G League, with two-way players Emoni Bates, Isaiah Mobley and Craig Porter Jr. In one contest this season, Bates poured in 29 points on 10-16 FGA and added six rebounds.
Sharife Cooper, who was an All-NBA G League Second Teamer, is averaging 20.5 points on 50 percent shooting and 7.5 rebounds per game.
The Force looks to snap a four-game skid against the Charge, which dates back to the 2018 NBA G League Winter Showcase when Jarnell Stokes powered Sioux Falls to a 108-95 victory with 23 points and eight rebounds. Briante Weber added 21 points and seven assists in the winning effort.
Sioux Falls finishes a three-game home stand on Thursday against the Grand Rapids Gold. Tip-off is slated for 6:30 PM CST follows that with a three-game road trip, starting with two games against the Wisconsin Herd on Sunday (5:30PM) and Tuesday (6:00PM).

- Bouyea has earned the most NBA Call-Ups since the beginning of the 2022-23 season.
