FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (8-10-9, 33 pts.) will travel to Banc of California Stadium for their inaugural meeting with MLS expansion side Los Angeles FC (13-7-7, 46 pts.) on Saturday, Sept. 15. The match kicks off at 10:30 p.m. ET in Los Angeles and will be televised locally on NBC Sports Boston, with Brad Feldman and Paul Mariner calling the action. Authenticated subscribers may stream the match on NBCSportsBoston.com and on the NBC Sports app. The contest airs on the radio with 98.5 The Sports Hub broadcasting the action in English and 1260 AM Nossa Radio providing Portuguese commentary.

The Revolution enter Saturday's match aiming to build on a 1-0 road win over New York City FC on Sept. 5. The Revs are looking to gain ground in the Eastern Conference playoff race, where the club sits three points back of a postseason berth in eighth place. The Revs are 5-6-4 all-time in first meetings with expansion clubs, winning the last such contest against Minnesota United FC on March 25, 2017, courtesy of a brace from Juan Agudelo and two assists from Diego Fagundez. LAFC holds a home record of 7-1-5 this season, while the Revs look to record their third away win of the campaign.

Following Saturday's match, the Revolution will return to action on Saturday, Sept. 22 when the club returns home for a meeting with the Chicago Fire at Gillette Stadium. The match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and 1260 AM Nossa Radio.
