Overview: The Cyclones have points in six straight games, and have won nine of their last 11 games. Cincinnati is coming off of a 6-2 win over the Quad City Mallards on Friday night, and now sit just one point back of the Ft. Wayne Komets for the Midwest Division lead.

Last Night Recap: The Cincinnati Cyclones (30-20-3-3) picked up a 6-2 win over the Quad City Mallards on Friday night. Defenseman Jonathan Diaby, and forwards Seth Ambroz, Colin Mulvey, Joe Wilson, Tommy Mele and Zach Budish scored the goals for the Cyclones, who earn their ninth win in the last 11 games. Goaltender Andy Iles was stellar in net for the Cyclones, stopping 32 of the 34 shots he faced to collect the win.

Last Saturday Night Recap: The Cincinnati Cyclones (29-20-3-3) fell to the Indy Fuel, 3-2 in a shootout on Saturday night, in front of a record crowd of 16,529 at U.S. Bank Arena. Forward Colin Mulvey scored both goals in regulation for the Cyclones, who have points in 10 of the last 12 games. The Cyclones outshot Indy, 33-30, including 15-8 in the third period and overtime.

Last Friday Night Recap: The Cincinnati Cyclones (29-20-3-2) extended their winning streak to four games, with a 3-0 shutout win over the Tulsa Oilers on Friday night. Forwards Zach Budish, Colin Mulvey, and Andrew Yogan scored the goals for the Cyclones, while goaltender Andy Iles stopped all 27 shots he faced for his second shutout as a Cyclone.

Previewing Indy: The Fuel have dropped the last two games after their 3-2 shootout win over the Cyclones last Saturday, and are coming off of a 2-0 loss at the hands of the Utah Grizzlies on Friday night. They now sit 10 points back of the Cyclones in the Midwest Division. The are led by forward Alex Lavoie, who has accounted for 44 points (13g, 31a) in 58 games this season, followed by recently acquired Mike Seidel (13g, 17a), and Rhett Bly (14g, 14a).

Inside the Series: The Fuel have won the last two games of the series, including a 3-2 shootout decision in front of a sellout crowd at U.S. Bank Arena last Saturday night. Indy holds a 4-2-0-0 edge in the season series, and the two sides are scheduled to meet four more times this season after Saturday. It has been a close series so far this season, with five of the first six games having been decided by two or fewer goals.

Next Game Preview: Cincinnati returns home for a meeting with the Quad City Mallards on Friday night. Cincinnati has won the last two meetings, and holds a 4-2-0-1 record through the first seven games of the season series.
