Following a second-half comeback in a 2-2 draw with San Jose on Wednesday, Sounders FC (5-1-2, 17 points) hosts Los Angeles FC (7-1-1, 22 points) on Sunday, April 28 (12:30 p.m. PT / ESPN, YouTube TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM). Seattle will look to avenge its only loss of the season, as the club dropped a 4-1 decision at LAFC on Sunday, April 21.
Sunday's match is being broadcast nationally on ESPN and regionally on YouTube TV, featuring Jon Champion and Taylor Twellman on the call. Sports Radio 950 KJR AM is carrying the contest, with Matt Johnson handling play-by-play and Kasey Keller on color commentary, in addition to Jackson Felts, Pete Fewing and Danny Jackson providing pre-match, halftime and post-match coverage. Fans in Western Washington can tune in to El Rey 1360 AM for a Spanish radio broadcast, featuring "Zuper" Mario RodrÃguez, Felipe Maqueda and Carlos Tapia.
Sounders FC is currently amidst an eight-game home unbeaten streak (7-0-1) dating back to last season. Brian Schmetzer's side saw its 11-match unbeaten streak (10-0-1) snapped last Sunday at LAFC.
Following Sunday's match, Seattle travels to take on Minnesota United FC on Saturday, May 4 at Allianz Field (5:00 p.m. PT / JOEtv, YouTube TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM).
