RHP Aaron Wilkerson (1-0, 0.87) vs. RHP Jake Woodford (3-0, 1.74)

For Starters: Today's starting pitcher for the Missions, Aaron Wilkerson has been arguably San Antonio's best starter this season. The right-hander has made just four starts with San Antonio but in those starts (20.2 IP) he has given up just two runs. In his 20.2 innings of work he has allowed multiple hits in just one inning, that came in the fifth inning on May 14 at New Orleans. In Wilkerson's four starts the Missions are 3-1 despite scoring just 3.25 runs per game in those contests.

Don't Test Him: Last night Tyrone Taylor tallied his fifth outfield assist of the season, which is tied with Iowa's Zach Borenstein and Memphis' Adolis Garcia for the most in the Pacific Coast League. In 2018 Tyrone Taylor led all Pacific Coast League outfielders with a .996 fielding percentage (1 E/234 Total Chances) while with Triple-A Colorado Springs and has continued that stellar defense in 2019. Last night Taylor committed just his first error of the season and first since June 16, 2018 vs. Salt Lake.
