ABOUT LAST NIGHT: The Snappers defeated the Chiefs in game two, 3-2 last night. The Snappers trailed 2-0 heading to the bottom of the 7th, before back-to-back walks led to a two-run 3B by Nick Allen. Mickey McDonald then gave the Snappers the 3-2 lead with an RBI single to left. Jared Poche tossed 5 scoreless innings, allowing just one hit and gave up one walk while striking out five batters. Jesus Zambrano picked up his second win, and Josh Reagan notched his second save in as many attempts.

NICK THE KID: Snappers INF Nick Allen tied a team-high five game hitting streak with his 3B last night. During streak he is, batting .348-0-2 (8-23, 4 R, 2B, 3B, 2 K, 2 SB, CS*). *Allen was caught stealing for the first time in 2018, (5-6) on 4/23 vs. PEO. In his 5 G hit streak, Allen has also had three two-hit performances.

HOME SWEET HOME: The Snappers are currently undefeated at 3-0 at Pohlman Field. Last season, the Snappers held a 37-33 record at Pohlman Field

BUSHEL AND A BECK: Snappers outfielder Austin Beck leads the team with 12 RBI and had a career-high 4 RBI night on 4/7 @ WIS. His 12 RBI tie him for 7th in the MWL, and he also hit his first home run as a Snapper on 4/20 @ CLI. In his last 7 G, Beck is hitting .379-1-7 (11-29, 5 R, 2B, 3B, 2 BB, 8 K, .419/.586/1.006).
