The set-up

The Belleville Senators will look to win the weekend as they play its third game in less than 48 hours as they host the Laval Rocket.

Belleville (25-37-2-3) is coming off of a big win Saturday as they beat the AHL leading Toronto Marlies 4-2. With Belleville out of playoff contention, they have their eyes set on finishing fifth in the division, a spot currently occupied by Laval who are two points ahead.

Roster notes

The Senators added another weapon to their offensive arsenal in David Dzuirzynski as he signed a professional tryout agreement with the club Saturday afternoon and tallied an assist in the Sens' win over Toronto.

Sens fans will also get the chance to see Filip Gustavsson debut as he is pencilled in to start this afternoon against Laval in his first career start in North America.

Kyle Flanagan, Mike Blunden, Nick Paul, Andreas Englund and Francis Perron are out for Belleville.
