'Gades to Webcast Preseason Games

Richmond, VA – The Richmond Renegades will offer live coverage of their three preseason games for the first time in club history. Inter-tainment.com will provide live streaming audio play by play of each preseason game. Fans can link to the webcasts at www.renegades.com.

Inter-tainment.com will also provide streaming internet coverage of the ‘Gades regular season radio broadcasts. Tommy Hicks is the CEO of Inter-tainment.com which provides streaming audio services for a number of teams and radio stations. ‘Gades radio broadcaster John Emmett will call the preseason action. Webcast time is 6:55 PM for all three games.

Richmond opens preseason play next Wednesday, October 2 at 7 PM vs. Roanoke. The game will be played at the ‘Gades practice rink SkateNation Plus and will be open to season ticket holders only on a first come first serve basis. The ‘Gades will play two road preseason games. On Thursday, October 3 the ‘Gades will travel to Roanoke to face the Express at the Ice Station at 7 PM. Saturday, October 5 the ‘Gades will face Atlantic City at Vineland Ice Arena at 7 PM.

The ‘Gades open the 2002-'03 season Friday, October 11 at Trenton. Richmond opens at home on Friday, October 18 vs. Charlotte. Season tickets, ticket packages, and group tickets are now on sale for the Renegades 2002-'03 season. For more information please call the Renegades office at 643-7825.
