Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC News Release
Colorado Springs, CO -- This week features the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC taking on Saint Louis FC Saturday night for the Switchbacks first repeat game of the season. There couldn't be a more important game as both teams are tied on 14 points and hovering around the playoff line.
For the first time ever, the Switchbacks will be giving away Ziggy bobblehead's. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a Ziggy bobblehead courtesy of FOX 21 News. Tickets start at just $12 and are available here. Fans 21+ can get $1 beer the first 30 minutes when gates open at 5:00 PM.
The GPB Tribe is passionate about their full-time community beer, It Takes A Tribe Red Ale. On May 26th, you'll be able to purchase this beer at Weidner Field to help support Angels of America's Fallen. Typically the GPB Tribe donates 25 cents of every Red Ale purchase in the tasting room but on this day only, every It Takes a Tribe Red Ale purchased in the taproom AND/OR Weidner Field will result in a $1 donation to Angels of America's Fallen helping children of our fallen military develop into strong and successful adults by providing them with positive mentoring and developmental activities.
