August 13, 2025 - The Switchbacks battled their way last Saturday night to a thrilling 2-1 road win over the Oakland Roots, snatching three huge points in enemy territory. Jonas Fjeldberg lit the scoreboard just before halftime, and Quenzi Huerman sent a stunning top-corner strike minutes into the second half. Following this strong performance, the Switchbacks now set their sights on returning home. They will face Orange County SC at Weidner Field on August 16th, for Witches and Wizards Night. Fjeldberg earned the honor following an outstanding performance on Saturday in the Switchbacks' road victory over the Oakland Roots. August 9, 2025 - Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC earned three more points on the road against the Oakland Roots ending with a final score of 2-1. The Switchbacks struck first in the 43rd minute when #22 Marco Micaletto slipped through Oakland's defense and fed the ball to #7 Jonas Fjeldberg.
