Flores Promoted to Dunedin; Lugnuts Welcome Lefty Turner

LANSING, Mich. - The Lansing Lugnuts, in conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, announced that infielder Jorge Flores has been promoted to Class A-Advanced Dunedin, with left-hander Colton Turner transferred to Lansing from Class Short-A Vancouver in a corresponding move.

Flores, 21, was batting .247 with 17 doubles and one home run in 58 games in his first season in Lansing. The native of Baja California, Mexico, had been named a Northwest League Postseason All-Star for his achievements in Vancouver in 2012.

Lansing's roster now consists of 25 active players with four players on the Disabled List and one player on the Temporarily Inactive List.
