Flames carry two-game unbeaten streak

Moline, IL- The Quad City Flames went unbeaten this weekend as the team gained a point in a 3-2 shootout loss to Peoria on Friday and earned their first road victory in Grand Rapids on Sunday. The 3-2 win against the Grand Rapids Griffins was the first of goaltender Kevin Lalande's professional career while Tim Ramholt added his first goal of the year. Grant Stevenson also got in on the action by adding two goals including the game-winning tally.

This week, the Flames battle the Milwaukee Admirals twice, to mark the second and third meetings between the two teams this season. Wednesday night, the Flames invade The Bradley Center in Milwaukee to attempt to even the season series at one after suffering a 4-2 road loss to the Admirals on October 12th. Friday night, the Quad Cities will welcome back the Flames to the i wireless Center as they host the Admirals at 7:05 p.m.
