Hagerstown Suns News Release

Tomorrow, June 25th, the Hagerstown Suns will turn Municipal Stadium into a testing ground for all wacky and daring families during their game with the Lexington Legends beginning at 7:05pm. For one night only, the Suns will host several events to try and find potential families for NBC's new "Fear Factor: Home Invasion" season to be partially filmed in Hagerstown.

Throughout the night the Suns will organize contests to test fans' willingness to do the unthinkable. Fear Factor gear will be awarded to the top competitors. Three lucky families will be chosen by crowd applause to interview with NBC for a slot on the new season of "Fear Factor: Home Invasion."

"Fear Factor knew Hagerstown is a hotbed for strange talents, and we are committed to helping Fear Factor find the best of the best from our fan base," said C.J. Johnson, Director of Marketing for the Suns.

All families in attendance are eligible to participate. Contestants will be selected during the second inning.

On Saturday, the Suns will also be playing for sole possession of the first-half South Atlantic League Championship and an automatic playoff birth. Plus, the first 1,000 fans to enter the ballpark will receive a free Suns commemorative 25th Anniversary t-shirt.
