South Atlantic League announces All-Star roster change

Kings Mountain, NC - John H. Moss, President of the South Atlantic League has announced a replacement player on the South Atlantic League Northern Division All-Star Team for the 46th Annual South Atlantic League All-Star Game to be played Tuesday, June 28th, 2005 in Augusta, Georgia. This change has been made due to player movement as a result of a player being called up to a higher classification.
The Northern Division will have the services of West Virginia Power Infielder Alcides Escobar to replace Argenis Reyes of the Lake County Captains who has been promoted by the Cleveland Indians organization to the Kinston Indians of the Carolina League. Escobar will be on the Northern Division Squad at the Utility Infielder Position.
