FC Dallas' Toyota Stadium to Host Ivory Coast vs. El Salvador

FRISCO, Texas (Monday, March 17, 2014) - Tickets are now available to the general public for 2014 FIFA World Cup participant, Ivory Coast's tune-up match versus El Salvador at Toyota Stadium on Wednesday, June 4 at 8 p.m. CT.

Ivory Coast, who was drawn into Group C with Colombia, Greece and Japan at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, will be making its final preparations just days prior to heading to Brazil. The team is led by Manchester City midfielder Yaya Touré and former Chelsea forward, Didier Drogba.

The game is included as the bonus ticket built into the FC Dallas season ticket package for all 2014 season ticket holders. The match at Toyota Stadium is one of seven Road to Brazil matches that will be played at MLS venues including: D.C. United's RFK Stadium, Houston Dynamo's BBVA Compass Stadium, Philadelphia Union's PPL Park and New York Red Bulls' Red Bull Arena.

A total of 10 countries will participate in Road to Brazil, representing four continents - Europe, Africa, North America and South America. World Cup-bound teams include the following: from Europe, defending champion Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Greece; representing Africa are the African Cup of Nations champion Nigeria and powerhouse Ivory Coast; and Honduras from CONCACAF. The national teams of Bolivia, El Salvador Israel and Turkey will also participate.
