
Red Bull Arena to Host Jamaica-Serbia International Match on May 26

HARRISON, NJ (March 17, 2014) - Red Bull Arena will host an international match between the men's national teams of Jamaica and Serbia on May 26 at 4:00 PM.
Tickets for the match will go on sale to the general public on Monday, March 24 at 10:00 AM. Red Bulls Season Ticket Holders will have an exclusive pre-sale for the match starting Wednesday, March 19 at 10:00 AM. Red Bulls Partial Plan Holders will have a window to purchase tickets starting Friday, March 21 at 10:00 AM. Jamaica, the winners of five Caribbean Cup championships with the most recent in 2010, will come into the match having won two straight international matches. On March 2, 2014, the Jamaicans defeated Barbados, 2-0, and won 5-0 against Saint Lucia on March 5. Jamaica features a number of MLS players including Vancouver forward Darren Mattocks, Philadelphia goalkeeper Andre Blake, who was the first overall draft pick in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft, and Colorado Rapids forward Deshorn Brown.
For Jamaica, it will be their second time playing at Red Bull Arena. On June 13, 2011, Jamaica played Honduras at Red Bull Arena in the group stage of the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Jamaica went on to win that match, 1-0, on a goal scored by forward Ryan Johnson.
Serbia will enter the friendly on a six-game unbeaten run. Serbia is 4-0-2 in 2014 World Cup qualifying games and international friendlies since a 1-0 loss to Colombia on August 14, 2013. The Serbians most recently defeated the Republic of Ireland, 2-1, in a friendly match on March 5at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland. Serbia has never played at Red Bull Arena.
Red Bull Arena is also set to host international matches between the United States and Turkey on June 1 and Greece and Bolivia on June 6.
