
Fans Encouraged to Arrive Early for Tonight's Chasers Game

OMAHA - In anticipation of a capacity crowd tonight, the Omaha Storm Chasers are encouraging fans to arrive early at Werner Park. Guests are advised to arrive this evening prior to 6:30 p.m., as the busiest times tonight are anticipated to be between 6:30-7:15 p.m. The Werner Park parking lots will be open at 5:00 p.m. Limited Picnic Benches and Omaha Steaks Tailgating Grills are available at no charge.
A post-game fireworks spectacular presented by Huber Chevrolet will blast off following the contest on U.S. Bank Family FUNday. Prior to the fireworks, kids will be able to circle the bases as part of the Hardees Kids Run The Bases, while there will also be Balloon Artists and Face Painters as part of U.S. Bank Family FUNday.
Tickets for this evening's game are still available, and can be purchased online at www.omahastormchasers.com/tickets, or by calling the Werner Park Ticket Office at (402) 738-5100. Gates at Werner Park will be open at 6:00 p.m.
First pitch for tonight's game is scheduled for 7:05 p.m., with the first-place Storm Chasers continuing their four-game series with the El Paso Chihuahuas. Omaha is slated to send LHP John Lannan (5-4, 4.59) to the hill, while the Chihuahuas are anticipated to give the nod to RHP Colin Rea (NR).
