Falcons Trade Cullity To Icecaps

Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Falcons announced on Monday that they have traded defenseman Patrick Cullity to the St. John's IceCaps in exchange for future considerations.

Cullity was scoreless in seven games with the Falcons this season after combining a goal and eight assists for nine points in 44 contests with the club in 2011-2012. The 26-year-old from Tewksbury, Mass. is currently with the ECHL's Idaho Steelheads, where he has 14 points (3g-11a) in 39 games this year.

After beginning this week in Bridgeport and Providence, the Falcons return to the MassMutual Center to host the Bruins on Saturday, Mar. 16 at 7:00 p.m. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a free Falcons baseball hat. Fans can also win a free bicycle from Gus Coelho Auto Repair at 442 Holyoke St. in Ludlow as part of "Cycle Saturday."

Falcons game-worn jerseys from "Irish Night" at the MassMutual Center are on the auction block now and can be bid on through the Falcons' eBay store by clicking here.

Single-game tickets to see the Falcons in 2012-2013 can be purchased at the MassMutual Center Box Office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. through game time on Saturday home dates, and starting four hours prior to Sunday home contests.
