Fresno Falcons News Release
Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons are proud to announce that the Inaugural Pucks and Pasta Dinner, held at Pardini's on Thursday, February 22, was a big success, grossing almost $9,000 in auction and donation revenue, allowing the Falcons to make a $7,000.00 donation to the American Heart Association.
A special thanks to Community Medical Center for sponsoring the event. More than 180 Falcons fans participated in the event which featured free Red "Pucks and Pasta" Pucks, a silent auction, a tasty Pardini's pasta dinner served up by the Falcons, and a live Apron Auction featuring the entire Fresno Falcons roster. The Post Dinner Apron Auction was very successful with several of the Falcons aprons bringing in bids of more than $500 each. An on-ice check presentation will be scheduled with the American Heart Association for one of the upcoming home games.
