ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades president & general manager Craig Brush along with head coach Gerry Fleming announced today that defenseman Martin Tuma has been placed on the 7-day injured reserve list and defenseman Chris Lee has been activated from the 7-day IR. As per team policy the injury was not disclosed.

Tuma, 20, was placed onto the 7-day IR after suffering an injury during Florida's 4-2 loss to the Gwinnett Gladiators on February 25 at Germain Arena. The former 5th round draft pick by the Florida Panthers in 2003 made his professional debut last season skating in just five games with San Antonio. Prior to turning pro, Tuma spent two seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, where he posted 28 points (10g, 18a) in 118 games.

Lee, 25, returns to the lineup after missing the last six games. The MacTier, Ontario native suffered an injury on February 17 at Gwinnett.
