Harrisburg Senators News Release
The Harrisburg Senators announced several more player moves. The Senators will get relief pitchers Daniel Foli from New Orleans and Richard Campbell from Potomac. The Senators also get pitcher Devin Perrin back from Triple-A.
The Senators will send Eastern League save leader Roy Corcoran to New Orleans and will send pitchers Justin Echols and Beltran Perez to the Vermont roster. Both players sent to the Vermont roster are expected back soon as Vermont has not started its season yet.
Corcoran leaves Harrisburg after rolling up 16 saves for the Senators this season. He appeared in 21 games and had a 0-2 record with a stunning 0.35 ERA. Corcoran worked 26 innings and allowed 12 hits and 1 earned run while walking 10 and striking out 40.
The Senators welcome Devin Perrin back to the fold. Perrin pitched in two games with New Orleans (1 start) and allowed 2 earned runs on 4 hits in 3.1 innings of work. While with the Senators earlier this season, Perrin was 1-2 with 2 saves and a 3.57 ERA in 11 games.
Also heading to Harrisburg from the Zephyrs will be Daniel Foli. Foli will be joining his fourth team in the Washington Organization this year. He appeared in just one game in New Orleans and did not allow a run in three innings. At Savannah, Foli appeared in six games and was 0-2 with a 5.69 ERA and 2 saves. He also had 2 saves at Potomac where he went 0-0 with a 3.52 ERA in six games.
