Alaska Aces rookie forward, Ethan Cox was returned to the Aces from the Peoria Rivermen of the American Hockey League, after being called up earlier this week, Aces Head Coach, Brent Thompson announced Saturday. Cox played in one game for Peoria during his call up, and rejoins the Aces for Saturday's game in Las Vegas.
The Aces continue their five-game road trip on Saturday with a trip to face the Las Vegas Wranglers. The game can be heard back in Anchorage on NewsTalk 750AM KFQD, beginning at 5:45pm AKST. The aces will then continue their busy week when they visit Las Vegas on Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday, completing a stretch of five games in seven nights. The Aces will return home to host the Victoria Salmon Kings on Friday and Saturday, January 21st and 22nd.
