Today, the SeaWolves look to avoid a series sweep as they attempt so salvage the final game of a three-game series against the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees) at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves gave up early runs and never rebounded as they dropped their third straight game. Erie has lost three straight for the first time this season and the club has hit its low water mark of three-games under .500...Today, righty Zack Segovia takes the mound for the SeaWolves making his third start of the season and first against Trenton. Segovia is in search of his first win of the season after taking a no-decision in his most recent start. In the game on April 13 against Bowie, the righty allowed two runs, one earned,on four hits with a pair of walks and two strikeouts in six innings of work...Trenton counters with righty Cory Arbiso who makes his fourth appearance and second start. Arbiso took a no-decision in his first start against Akron tossing four scoreless innings, allowing five hits with a walk and three strikeouts. Arbiso has not allowed a run in his last two appearances and has allowed just one walk in eight innings pitched this season...The SeaWolves hit the road following today's game to begin an eight-day, seven-game road trip. The 'Wolves play four in Bowie and three in Trenton with an off-day on Monday.
