TRENTON, N.J.. - February 18, 2013 - The Elmira Jackals begin a four game week with a matinee showdown with the Trenton Titans. The Jackals are back in Trenton for the first time since December 19.

The Jackals are facing the Titans tonight for the 10th of 16 meetings this season and the fifth of eight at Sun National Bank Center. The Jackals are 5-3-1 against Trenton this season after claiming an 8-1 win in Elmira on January 27. Elmira and Trenton have had many offensive shootouts this season and have combined to average 8.6 goals per game in their nine prior meetings. The only game that combined for fewer than seven games was Trenton's 2-1 win in Elmira on November 16. Since their most recent meeting Elmira has a record of 5-3-0 (2-2-0 on the road) while Trenton is 3-4-1 (1-1-1 on home ice).
The month of February has belonged to Elmira's line of Jordan Pietrus, Kevin Harvey, and Rob Bellamy. The trio has combined for 30 points (15G, 15A) over the Jackals' last seven games (5-2-0). The only game in which they were held without a point was February 1 in Toledo. Pietrus has led the charge with 13 points (7G, 6A) over that span while Harvey has also scored at least one point (4G, 5A) in each of those seven games. Rob Bellamy has eight points (4G, 4A) in that time.
