The line of Louie Caporusso centering Jean Bourbeau and Jack Downing has been highly productive for the Jackals in the early goings of December. Downing leads all Jackals skaters with nine points (2G, 7A) in the first three games of the month. He has scored three points in each of the three games, but prior to the start of his scoring streak last Friday he had never scored more than two points in a game in his pro career. Bourbeau has also reached new heights on his three-game point streak. He had back-to-back two-goal games for the first time in his career and doubled the number of two-goal games he has to his credit as a pro. His five goals in December lead the Jackals in that category. Caporusso has been a steady presence with six points in three games this month and a five-game point streak overall (3G, 5A).

Mark your calendars! The Jackals are back on First Arena ice on Friday, December 14, 2012 to take on the Orlando Solar Bears at 7:05 p.m. The Jackals are giving away their team photograph to fans in attendance.
