
Eastern League Western Division Roster Change and Change to Home Run Derby Participants Announced

Harrisburg, PA - The Harrisburg Senators and the Eastern League announced today that there is a change to the Western Division Roster for the Eastern League All-Star Game presented by Ollie's Bargain Outlet on July 14 at Metro Bank Park in Harrisburg. There has also been a change to the participants in the Home Run Derby presented by Metro Bank.
RHP Adam Carr (Harrisburg) has been added to the Western Division roster taking the place of RHP Rafael Cova (Richmond) who is unable to participate in the game. An updated copy of the roster is attached.
The Eastern League Home Run Derby presented by Metro Bank precedes the All-Star game and begins at 5:00 p.m. to approximately 6:15 p.m. Michael Martinez (Harrisburg) is unable to participate and will be replaced by Brandon Laird (Trenton). Laird is currently tied with Joel Guzman of Bowie with 19 home runs. The eight participants are Chris Marrero (Harrisburg), Hector Gimenez (Altoona), Thomas Neal (Richmond), Matt Rizzotti and Tagg Bozied (Reading), Kirk Nieuwenhuis (Binghamton), Eric Thames (New Hampshire) and Laird (Trenton).
Tickets to the 2010 Eastern League All-Star game presented by Ollie's Bargain Outlet are available for purchase by calling the Senators box office at 717-231-4444, visiting the Senators Web site, www.senatorsbaseball.com, or in person at the box office at Metro Bank Park from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, and 9 a.m. until the game sells out on Wednesday.
