Earthquakes Take on LAFC Tonight

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes are taking on Los Angeles Football Club tonight at Banc of California Stadium, presented by Michelob ULTRA. The match kicks off from Southern California at 8 p.m. PT and will be broadcast live on TUDN/UniMas, KNBR 1050 and 1370 KZSF.

LAFC won the Supporters' Shield for best regular season record in 2019, losing just four of their 34 matches that season. Thus far in 2020, LAFC (9 pts.) and San Jose (8 pts.) are separated by just one point, while the Earthquakes have played one fewer match to date.

The Quakes returned to MLS play for the first time since the MLS is Back Tournament in Orlando, Fla. on Saturday, Aug. 29 vs. the LA Galaxy, falling 3-2. Sixteen-year-old Cade Cowell became the youngest player in club history to start and the youngest player in club history to score (highlight), while rookie Tanner Beason from Stanford University started and made his MLS debut.
