DURHAM, NC - Bulls first baseman Jonathan Aranda homered and catcher Nick Dini scored on a wild pitch and knocked an RBI double, while Redbirds first baseman Luken Baker hit a grand slam and catcher Ivan Herrera mashed a 2-run homer in Memphis' 8-4 victory over Durham on Friday night at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
Baker cleared the bases with a grand slam in the first frame, followed by Herrera's 2-run homer which extended Memphis' lead to 6-0. The Bulls answered in the following frame with Aranda's solo shot to center field. The Redbirds put up two more tallies before Dini scored on a wild pitch. Center Fielder Kameron Misner drove in a run and Dini recorded an RBI double to bring the final score to 8-4.
