The Bulls play game three of a four-game set against the Indianapolis Indians in the second series of a season-long 10-game homestand. Durham is 1-4 to kick off the homestand, is 2-7 over its last nine games, is 4-12 over its last 16, and is just 6-14 since the All-Star break. The Bulls have dropped 30 of their last 44 contests to go from a 2.0-game lead in the IL South to an 11.5-game deficit, their largest division deficit of the season. Indianapolis - the Pittsburgh Pirates' top affiliate - has won six of its last seven, and enters today with the 2nd-best record in the IL behind Norfolk (64-45).
