Syracuse Chiefs (42-62) vs. Durham Bulls (59-44)

RHP Phillips Valdez (3-7, 3.25) vs. RHP Ryan Weber (6-4, 2.11)

After dropping game one of a three-game series 10-8 on Friday night, the Bulls continue their six-game homestand against the Syracuse Chiefs with the second of three games Saturday night at 6:35 p.m. Ryan Weber makes his 12th start of the season, and his first against Syracuse. Phillips Valdez is scheduled to make his second start against the Bulls this season, he is 0-0, 7.36 (3.2 IP, 3 ER) with one strikeout against Durham. Tonight's game will be followed by postgame fireworks.

The Bulls currently hold a 3.5-game lead over the Norfolk Tides (56-48) in the South Division. The Chiefs are 42-62 and sit 21.0 games back of Lehigh Valley (62-40) in the North Division, and snapped a three-game losing skid Friday evening.
