Duran Home Run Ends Chihuahuas' 4-3 Win Tuesday

El Paso third baseman Rodolfo Duran hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to end the Chihuahuas' 4-3 win over the Reno Aces Tuesday night. It was the opener of a six-game series and El Paso's third consecutive win.

Duran's home run was his third of the season and El Paso's second walk-off homer of the year after Trenton Brooks' on April 10 against Las Vegas. It was the Chihuahuas' third walk-off win overall. San Diego Padres outfielder Jason Heyward played eight innings in left field for El Paso on MLB Injury Rehab and went 0-for-3 with a walk at the plate.

Chihuahuas outfielder Forrest Wall went 2-for-4 to extend his on-base streak to 13 games. Former Chihuahua Casey Kelley started for Reno and pitched six innings without allowing an earned run.
