Dragons Announce 2015 Schedule

DAYTON, OHIO- The Dayton Dragons today announced their game schedule for the 2015 season, the Dragons' 16th year in the Midwest League.

The Dragons will open the 2015 home season on Sunday, April 12 when they host the South Bend Silver Hawks at Fifth Third Field in the first of 70 Dragons home games. Start time for this game will be announced at a later date. The Dragons first Midwest League game of 2015 will be played on the road three days earlier, Thursday, April 9 in Comstock Park, Michigan against the West Michigan Whitecaps.

The Dragons will again play a 140-game Midwest League schedule. The home schedule and regular season will conclude on Monday, September 7.

All Monday-Saturday Dragons home games in 2015 will begin at 7:00 p.m. except Monday, September 7 (Labor Day), which will start at 2:00 p.m. All Sunday games will start at 2:00 p.m. except April 12 (game time TBA) and August 30 (4:00 p.m. in accordance with Minor League Baseball regulations regarding the first game of a series).

The 2015 season will be the 114th year of Minor League Baseball and the 69th season for the Midwest League. The Midwest League features two eight-team divisions and includes teams from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
