Captains and Dragons Suspended on Tuesday

Lake County Captains News Release


(Eastlake, OH) - The Captains and Dragons ballgame on Tuesday Night was suspended due to inclement weather. The game will be resumed on Wednesday August 13 at 6:00 PM prior to the regularly scheduled 7:00 PM game.

The Captains were leading 2-1 in the top of the fifth inning with two outs, when the rain arrived. The field conditions were deemed unplayable to continue on Tuesday Night.

Per Midwest League Rules, the resumed game will be played to a full nine innings, while the scheduled game will be seven innings and played following the resumed game.

Fans with tickets for the Tuesday's game can exchange them for any other regular season game based on availability only at the Classic Park Ticket Office.
