Right-handed pitcher Ralston Cash has been promoted by the Los Angeles Dodgers from the Great Lakes Loons to the Double-A Chattanooga Lookouts. Righty Jose De Leon has been added to replace Cash on the active roster and will start Thursday.

Cash was 3-1 with a 2.84 ERA in 29 relief appearances with one save. He struck out 62 over 50 2/3 innings with just 33 hits and 22 walks.

The Georgia-native had allowed just one earned run in his last 15 appearances (33 1/3 innings) (0.27 ERA) to lower his ERA from 6.98 to 2.84.

De Leon, a 22-year old from Puerto Rico, was 5-0 with a 2.65 ERA for Ogden in 10 games (eight starts).

The Loons begin six-game homestand Tuesday beginning with the first of three against the Bowling Green Hot Rods (Tampa Bay Rays) at 7:05pm. Right-hander Zachary Bird (5-13, 3.93 ERA) is scheduled to start against lefty Chris Kirsch (8-6, 2.58).

It's an ESPN 100.9-FM Dodgers Route of Champions Night. Tickets are available at Loons.com or 989-837-BALL.
