(Portland, ME) - Robert Ray (8-6) worked six strong innings and J.P. Arencibia knocked in two runs, leading the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (61-81) to a 4-1 win over the Portland Sea Dogs (74-66) in the 2008 regular season finale Monday afternoon at Hadlock Field. The two teams split 28 meetings on the season and Portland closed out their final homestand at 4-5.

Ray yielded only four hits, two walks and fanned seven, earning his team-leading 8th win of the season.

Chris Gutierrez followed with a run-scoring triple to right-center field. J.P. Arencibia put the Fisher Cats in the lead for good with a run-scoring single, scoring Gutierrez. Arencibia added an RBI double off Chad Rhoades (IP, 2 H, 2 R) in the eighth inning.
