Dogs Bested by Colts

Tonight, the Niagara IceDogs were back at home taking on the Barrie Colts.
The IceDogs got off to a quick start, with Declan Waddick scoring his first career OHL goal! Alec Leonard picked up his second of the season not long after. Barrie was able to return one late in the period.
After 20 minutes of play, the score was 2-1 IceDogs.
The second period started off with a few fast ones from the Colts. Niagara was able to return one on their power play. Rodwin Dionicio scored his first career OHL goal!
After the second, the score sat at 4-3 Barrie.
The third period saw a lot of action. Barrie got one that was returned by Pano Fimis. But, Barrie managed to hold the dogs off and scored an empty netter late in the period.
Ultimately, the Colts took the win 7-4 over the Dogs.
