Diablos Name Ysleta del Sur Pueblo New Ownership Group

EL PASO, TX - The El Paso Diablos have announced the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tribal Council as the new ownership group taking control of the franchise today in a press conference at Cohen Stadium. This marks the first time a local group has had the majority ownership in 12 years. General Manager, Matt LaBranche, has worked closely with the Council and, "Couldn't be happier to have found partners like the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tribal Council to assume the majority interest of the Diablos. They truly care about the present and future of our community." LaBranche has a new stake in the team as the new President and Managing Partner.

The Diablos are on the road, and after facing off against the Grand Prairie AirHogs and the Wichita Wingnuts, the team will be back at Cohen Stadium for Fourth of July weekend. Don't miss the Diablos battle the Lincoln Saltdogs at home for the only time this season July 2-July 5. And stick around after the game Saturday, Sunday, and Fourth of July's Monday for fireworks after the game.
