
Dallas Assigns Steve Ott To Grizz

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - The Utah Grizzlies National Hockey League affiliate, the Dallas Stars, announced today that they have assigned left wing Steve Ott to the Grizzlies.
Ott, 20, was the Star's first round selection (25th overall) in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. Last season Ott played 53 games with Windsor of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) scoring 88 points (43 goals, 45 assists) with 178 penalty minutes.
The 6-0, 180-pound native of Summerside, PEI will join the Grizzlies in time for their season opener Friday in Houston against the Aeros.
