Dairy Queen Home Opener Two Weeks Away

LETHBRIDGE, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club will kick off the Western Hockey League's 50th season in just two weeks when they host the Medicine Hat Tigers at the ENMAX Centre for the Dairy Queen Home Opener on Friday, September 25th, 2015 at 7:00pm.

The Dairy Queen Home Opener will kick off with a tailgate party outside the ENMAX Centre starting at 5:00pm before the doors open at 6:00pm. The tailgate party will include a bar-be-que with burgers and pop by donation courtesy of Mr. Mikes. As well, there will be face painting for the kids and Hurricanes mascot 'Twister' will be there.

ROCK 106's Ian Sharek will be broadcasting live on location beginning at 4:00pm.
